John Beck

John G. (Jack) Beck, 88, died Jan. 15, 2010 in Moorpark, Calif.

He was born July 30, 1921 in Chicago, Ill. to Gehardus and Irene (Rowley) Beck.

Formerly of Sweet Home, Mr. Beck enjoyed many hours fraternizing with friends at Mollie’s Bakery.

He is survived by his brother Ray of Florida, daughters Jane Haase of Albany, Jean Nickoloff of Prescott Valley, Ariz., and Kathy Khatter of Moorpark; 13 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two wives, a sister, a brother and a son.
