Kendra Whaley, a 2012 Sweet Home High School graduate, placed fifth in her first bodybuilding competition on May 17 at Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City. Whaley took fifth place in Figure Division Class B at the NPC Oregon Ironman 2014. She competed with the Dream Quest team out of Beaverton.
