trespass, 720 Sixth Ave. Cited and released.

theft of $25.94 in property.

a.m. - Caller reported an abandoned bicycle, 1200 block of 44th.

p.m. - Caller reported fraudulent charges on her account, Sweet Home

area. Report taken.

p.m. - Caller reported subjects have clothing stacked all over the

yard, and it’s been that way for a week, 900 block of 12th.

Referred to code enforcement officer.

p.m. - Caller reported a $200 bike stolen from his house, 2200 block

of Long. Report taken.

p.m. - Daniel Lee Kellum, 37, arrested for third-degree theft, 1540

Main St., Safeway. Cited and released. Caller reported the theft of

$32.97 in property.

p.m. - Police officer heard gunshots while on a different call and

contacted two subjects who were firing a gun, east end of Willow.

Subjects were warned for violating city ordinance and trespass.

p.m. - Dustin Eugene Whinnery, 26, arrested for driving under the

influence, failure to perform the duties of a driver in an accident

and reckless driving and cited for failure to obey traffic control

device, gravel parking lot by Foster Dam. Cited and released. Caller

reported a vehicle had hit her friend’s car and peeled out heading

toward town.

failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, 46th and

Airport. Cited and released.

a.m. - Laura Jane Mills, 47, turned himself in on Linn County warrant

for failure to comply on original charge of driving while suspended

(owes five days in jail) and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply

on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1950 Main

St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Linn County Jail.

a.m. - Caller reported a horse loose in the area, 1300 block of Clark

Mill. Officer assisted owner getting them under control.

a.m. - Caller reported a cougar in a backyard near Foster School,

5500 block of Quince. Report to be forwarded to Oregon Department of

Fish and Wildlife.

p.m. - Caller reported a vehicle stored on the street, 700 block of

Seventh. Referred to code enforcement officer.

p.m. - Leonard Eugene Scott, 54, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for

failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal

trespass, Medford. Cited and released.

p.m. - Caller reported a number of items stolen from the men’s

locker room, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken.

p.m. - Daniel Anthony Ciullo, 25, arrested on Lebanon on probable

cause in Lebanon for second-degree theft, 1339 Clark Mill Road.

Transported to Lebanon Police Department.

a.m. - Cory Steven Anderson, 24, cited for failure to renew

registration, Main and First.

p.m. - Michael Lloyd Mustoe, 50, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for

failure to comply on original charge of second-degree animal neglect,

Douglas County.

3:59

p.m. - Caller reported that a large motor home has been parked on the

street for three weeks and is blocking the caller’s view of the

street when he is backing out of his driveway, 1300 block of

Evergreen. Referred to code enforcement officer.

7:10

p.m. - Caller reported a male subject had pointed a gun at him, Lewis

Creek Park. Caller told police he observed a male arguing with a

female, and the male began slamming the truck door on the female as

she was getting in. The caller walked over and told the male to stop.

The male pulled a gun on the caller and threatened to shoot. The male

lowered the gun, and the caller grabbed it from him and threw it into

the bed of the suspect’s pickup. Male left. Caller was unable to

get a full license plate. Linn County deputy contacted Sweet Home

Police Department asked to be on the lookout for the suspect’s

vehicle.

p.m. - Timothy Tyrell Combs, 31, arrested for misdemeanor driving

while suspended, Main and 54th. Cited and released.

p.m. - Jasmine Allison Riley, 31, arrested for second-degree

disorderly conduct and resisting arrested, 2230 Main St. Cited, held

for detox and released.

p.m. - Cynthia Donn Radley, 23, arrested on Linn County warrant for

failure to comply on original charge of driving while suspended and

cited for driving while suspended, 2000 Main St. Cited and released.

a.m. - Loris David Whitton, 58, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for

failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly

conduct, 1200 block of Nandina. Cited and released.

9:43

a.m. - Caller reported that his bike was stolen from his garage

during the past week, 1200 block of 40th. Report taken. Bike valued

at $200.

a.m. - Caller reported someone has been fraudulently using his debit

card, 4800 block of Main. Report taken.

4:53

p.m. - Caller reported someone stole her vehicle from the Sweet Home

Post Office. Officer responded, and vehicle was signed as stolen.

Before the vehicle was entered into the Law Enforcement Database, an

officer located the vehicle, and it was returned to owner.

p.m. - Caller reported the theft of $35 in medication, 1600 block of

Dogwood. Report taken.

5:29

p.m. - Caller reported that someone stole items out of her house and

believes it was the same person who stole her vehicle, which was just

recovered, 1700 block of Ninth. Report taken for theft of

approximately $810 in property.

p.m. - Matthew Allen Pitts, 25, arrested for harassment and

disorderly conduct, and Cassie Marie Taylor, 21, arrested on Linn

County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of

second-degree criminal mischief (owes five days in jail), 1200 block

of Nandina. Pitts cited and released. Taylor given a citation to

report to jail on Sept. 12 due to jail being full. Multiple callers

had reported a male punching a female.

damaged, 300 E. Holley Road.

p.m. - Donna Ann Mack, 28, cited and released in field for

second-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway.

two chainsaws and a portable generator, worth a combined $2,450,

39900 block of McDowell Creek. Report taken.
