Defense deserts Huskies as they fall 12-1 to Sisters

The Huskies’ defense broke down Monday afternoon, as they committed nine errors and helped the Sisters Outlaws dominate the baseball diamond and hand Sweet Home a 12-1 loss.

Sisters scored seven runs in the first two innings. The Huskies were able to bring Cole Ashcraft home in the third to score their only run.

Sisters scored another run in the fifth and two each in the sixth and seventh innings.

Four Huskies singled, including Austin Rice, Brandon Keenon, Ashcraft and J.T. Weld. Brett Blachly scored Ashcraft.
