DAMAGED VEHICLES sit in the westbound lanes in the 900 block of Main Street. Michael Lynn Heath, 66, driving the 2004 Dodge Caravan, was cited for failure to yield right of way at an uncontrolled intersection. The second vehicle, a 2005 Nissa Murano, was driven by Maria Eugenia Hartmann, 77. She was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by Sweet Home medics. Police and medics responded to the crash at 3:19 p.m. on Feb. 19.

Feb. 22

12:11 a.m. - Caller reported a male entering her home and taking a phone, 300 West Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Report taken.

4:12 a.m. - Officer located an abandoned vehicle, eastbound in The Narrows, Highway 20 just west of Sweet Home. The passenger window was broken, and a stereo had been taken. Dispatch spoke with Springfield police, which contacted the registered owner, who said she sold the vehicle more than a year earlier.

8:49 a.m. - Caller reported her motorcycle stolen, 1200 block of 40th. Officer spoke with caller, who only had a bill of sale. She planned to go...
