Huskies beat Sisters in baseball for first time in years

Sweet Home came from behind last week to take down the Sisters Outlaws in baseball for the first time in at least six years.

The Huskies beat the Outlaws 10-9 on April 26 at home. In their previous meeting, Sisters beat Sweet Home 11-1 in five innings under the 10-run rule.

"We had a great come-from-behind win tonight after being down 9-4,” said Coach Dan Tow. "Our kids really battled and put together a big sixth inning to score six runs and take the lead.”

Tow wasn’t sure when Sweet Home last defeated Sisters, but he believes it has been at least six years.
