Jim and Fayme Reynolds

Jim E. and Fayme L. (Roberts) Reynolds, both 65, of Bend, formerly of Sweet Home, were killed in an automobile accident on March 30, 2016, near Bend.

Jim was born in Hillsboro on Sept. 29, 1950. Fayme was born in Lebanon on Sept. 1, 1950. They met on Sept. 7, 1968, at the Drive-in Theatre in Lebanon.

From that day forward they were “always together.” They married Aug. 23, 1969, in Lebanon. Over the course of their decades together, they had two children.

They both loved to explore: camping and fishing were among their favorite things to do. Jim was a jack-of-all-trades and master of all. Fayme enjoyed knitting and donating her creations. They were most proud of their two granddaughters and loved watching them grow.

Jim and Fayme are survived by their son, Tom (Carla); two granddaughters, Callie and Danae; dog Missy; and best friend (sister) Dorothy Duke, Jim’s father, Everett; four brothers, Robert, Dave, Wayne (Sue), and Glen (Marianne) Roberts; one sister, Linda (Ron) Kilmer; and many nieces, nephews, and friends that became family.

They were preceded in death by daughter Callie Ann; parents Marion Reynolds, and William and Dorothy Roberts; many beloved dogs, and best friend (brother) Skip Duke.

Memorial Services will be held on Sept. 7, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., at Sunnyside Park Shelter #1 in Sweet Home. Services will be followed by a potluck.
