Country Fair XC meet makes challenge clear for 4th-place SH

TREY REED leads a pack of runners en route to a personal best time.

Going into the district meet this Thursday at Lane Community College, Sweet Home’s boys cross-country team knows exactly what it has to do: catch some people.

That was clear Wednesday, Oct. 19, at the Country Fair Classic at Elmira’s Country Fair Grounds.

The Huskies had a good day, finishing with five personal-best times for 5,000 meters from eight runners in the varsity race.
