Girls win big, set swim record, but depth proves challenge for Husky boys

Sweet Home’s girls opened their swim meet with Newport, Sisters, Stayton and Toledo Friday, Jan. 27, with a bang, posting a school record in their first event, the 200 Medley Relay.

The Huskies went on to win the meet on the girls side, more than doubling second-place Newport, 161-60, and taking second behind Newport on the boys, 151-128.
