3:43 a.m. - Caller reported a female slumped over and sleeping in a vehicle for at least an hour, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Officer contacted the sleeping female, who said she would move on.

June 4

2:14 a.m. - Dale Alfred Ray Eslinger, 26, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 3041 Main St., Hoy’s Hardware. Lebanon Police Department had reported a possible rolling domestic dispute.

7:24 a.m. - Deputies responded to a possible overdose, 41200 block of Highway 228. A male subject was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital and found to have a brain complication not caused by an overdose.

11:31 a.m. - Geremy George Byzewski, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Albany. Cited and released.

2:28 p.m. - Stacy Manuel Teixeira, 51, cited and released in field on Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation.

6:32 p.m. - Caller reported items stolen from his residence, 3600 block of Green River. Report taken.

8:27 p.m. - Caller reported that someone stole her EBT card, 1501 Main St., Speedee Mart. Report taken.

10:01 p.m. - Kevin Austin Corrington, 18, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 42nd and Long. Cited and released.

3:25 a.m. - Caller reported that someone stole a battery and messed with his sewer line, 5300 block of Main. Information noted.

3:57 a.m. - Caller reported a male lying on the sidewalk, 18th and Tamarack. Officer contacted a male who was sleeping. He agreed to move along.

12:48 p.m. - Caller reported that a neighbor puts a dog out back when the neighbor leaves, and the dog whines the whole time, 1300 block of 53rd. Officer contacted the owner, who agreed to put the dog inside.

1 p.m. - Caller reported a license plate stolen, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Report taken.

2:30 p.m. - Jennifer Marlene Robertson, 43, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1200 block of Long.

3:20 p.m. - Rondel Allen Adams, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 12th and Main. Cited and released.

4:07 p.m. - Hunter Sky Banta, 21, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 1709 Fir St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:25 p.m. - Johnny Lee Stone, 24, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charges of driving while suspended and probation violation, 15th and Nandina.

6:58 p.m. - Savannah Kaylynn Nunn, 24, cited for careless driving, driving uninsured and driving outside of restrictions in vehicle versus bicycle crash, 22nd and Main. Report taken for the accident. Bicyclist injured.

7:40 p.m. - Caller reported a phone stolen, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken.

10:28 p.m. - Caller reported that someone paid for items at a garage sale with a counterfeit $20 bill, 1200 block of Nandina. Report taken.

7:37 a.m. - Caller reported a male who has been trespassed was on his property, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken.

8:46 a.m. - William Julius Dillion, 47, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Caller had reported an intoxicated male that had fallen down.

8:48 a.m. - Caller reported that dogs are constantly loose and “going to the bathroom” on her property and her neighbors’ property, 3100 block of Main. Officer advised dog owners about the complaint. They said they would fix the problem.

9:29 a.m. - Billy Gene Seibert, 53, cited and released in field on Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a citation, 3200 block of Main.

10:13 a.m. - Caller reported camping gear left behind a building, 610 Main St., Dan Dee Sales. Placed in found property.

10:36 a.m. - Caller reported a trailer parked for three weeks, 900 block of Mountain View. Vehicle posted. Officer unable to contact owner.

12:46 p.m. - Caller reported tall grass, Vine Street. Referred to code enforcement.

12:59 p.m. - Caller reported a dog running loose in the area, Long and 41st. Officer unable to locate.

3:19 p.m. - Caller reported illegal camping along Foster Lake. Deputy contacted campers and advised them to clean up and leave.

3:48 p.m. - Caller reported his EBT card stolen, 1300 block of 47th. Report taken.

4:57 p.m. - Caller reported his license plates stolen, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Report taken.

5:30 p.m. - Caller found a dog in the Holley area. Placed in kennel. Linn County Animal Control notified.

9:43 p.m. - Jaycee Ryan McClurg, 30, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, 42613 North River Dr.

9:51 p.m. - Matthew Allen Pitts, 28, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charges of third-degree theft and probation violation and cited for driving while suspended, 1100 block of Long.

10:27 p.m. - Jean Michael Dalton, 23, cited for no license, 2800 block of Main.

9:30 a.m. - Mason William Monroe, 23, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth, 2018 18th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.

11:56 a.m. - Officer took a report for a hit and run on April 12, 1540 Main St., Safeway.

12:19 p.m. - Caller reported he was receiving harassing text messages, 300 block of 18th. Report taken for telephonic harassment.

12:20 p.m. - Caller reported vehicles, boats and a trailer in a yard, 4400 block of Live Oak. Referred to code enforcement.

12:43 p.m. - Caller reported receiving counterfeit money, 1301 Main St., Sweet Home Liquor. Counterfeit money seized. Information noted.

12:44 p.m. - Raymond Joseph Mullenix, 49, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass and cited for driving while suspended, 1110 24th Ave.

1:36 p.m. - Caller reported her ex-boyfriend was sending her threatening text messages and showing up at her residence, 1800 block of Ames Creek. Caller advised of options. Information noted. Male subject warned for telephonic harassment.

5:48 p.m. - Caller reported a theft, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken. Loss valued at $230.

8:46 p.m. - Caller reported a male in front of the store waving a knife at customers, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer contacted the male, who denied the reported activity. Officer found no evidence to suggest otherwise. The male was trespassed from the location.

9:42 p.m. - Caller turned in a wallet found in the middle of the road, 500 block of Main. Placed in found property.

9:57 p.m. - Caller reported an unsightly vehicle parked in the 1300 block of Poplar. Posted for removal.

May 31

7:04 a.m. - Caller reported that a vehicle had been parked for two weeks, 900 block of Nandina. It had front end damage and a flat tire. Vehicle posted for removal.

7:34 a.m. - Caller reported items taken from her residence, 1700 block of 9th. Report taken. Loss valued at $875.

10:35 a.m. - Cable line down, 18th and Tamarack. Comcast notified.

11:01 a.m. - Caller reported the theft of a cook stove, 1100 block of 18th. Information noted.

11:07 a.m. - Caller reported that a painter found a bullet lodged in the side of her home, 26500 block of Scott Mountain. The home was new construction with no one living in it.

11:23 a.m. - Caller reported tall grass, 2400 block of Main. Referred to code enforcement.

11:33 a.m. - Marie Therese Ramos, 36, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.

12:44 p.m. - Amy Danielle Ward, 34, arrested for aggravated harassment, resisting arrest and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of unlawful use of a stun gun or mace, 1337 Tamarack St. Transported to Linn County Jail. A caller had reported a male beating up his girlfriend.

2:02 p.m. - Caller reported a vehicle parked on the street for more than a week, 1800 block of Kalmia. Registered owner advised she would move it shortly.

2:04 p.m. - Caller reported a truck and utility trailer parked on the street for more than a week, 4900 block of Mimosa. Officer left a voicemail with the registered owner advising him of the violation.

2:05 p.m. - Caller reported tall grass, 400 block of 9th. Referred to code enforcement.

4:48 p.m. - Caller reported tall grass, 900 block of 23rd. Referred to code enforcement.

5:35 p.m. - Caller reported a female lying in the parking lot and talking to the sky, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Officer contacted the female, who agreed to leave.

6:46 p.m. - Caller reported that a female came into her house and assaulted her, 300 W. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Report taken for harassment.

9:39 p.m. - Caller found a backpack, 18th and Tamarack. Placed in found property.

May 30

8:03 a.m. - Andrew Christopher Jones, 21, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany. Transported to Linn County Jail.

8:23 a.m. - Anthony Justin Zib, 39, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Benton County Jail. Cited and released.

10:52 a.m. - Caller reported that someone entered his truck during the night, 4900 block of Larch. Report taken. Loss valued at $5.

11:18 a.m. - Caller reported tall weeds and grass, 2000 block of 18th. Referred to code enforcement.

11:31 a.m. - Two callers reported an intoxicated male, and a third caller reported a male trying to light the grass on fire, 5300 block of Poplar. Officer contacted the male, who said he was waiting for a ride and denied being intoxicated. He left the area on foot.

12:46 p.m. - Caller reported a neighbor’s cats are defecating on her property and have ruined her garden, 1100 block of 26th. Referred to code enforcement.

1:24 p.m. - William Julius Dillon, 42, cited and released in field for first-degree criminal trespass, railroad and Clark Mill. A caller had reported a male lying on the railroad. Dillon given courtesy transport home.

3:39 p.m. - Caller reported two males living in bushes, 1502 Main St. Officer contacted a male and advised him of the complaint. He agreed to clean up his mess and move on.

3:54 p.m. - Caller reported four or five garbage bags had been dumped, gravel road at Clark Mill. Officer located mail in the garbage and contacted the owner of the mail. The owner said a trusted friend was sent to throw it away properly. The owner agreed to clean up the mess.

5:12 p.m. - Caller reported he was hit by a vehicle while on his bicycle, 2000 block of Main. Report taken. Bicyclist had a minor injury.

7:19 p.m. - David Allen Stoddard, 22, turned in himself on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

May 29

6:16 a.m. - Bryce Taylor Keenon, 20, on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Cited and released. Caller had reported a male stealing a large bag of cans.

7:37 a.m. - Caller reported a male sleeping in Strawberry Park. Officer contacted two juveniles who were camping for the night. They went home.

10:58 a.m. - Caller reported a burglary, 25000 block of Brush Creek. Caller said someone broke into the residence and stole a credit card. Report taken.

12:08 p.m. - Caller reported fuel siphoned from a school vehicle, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken.

1:03 p.m. - Melissa Merlene Nelson (Scott), 46, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of providing false information to a police officer and contempt of court on original charges of probation violation and providing false information to a police officer, 12th and Main. Cited and released.

3:26 p.m. - Caller reported that his sister tried to hit him then threw a rock at his vehicle, 3100 block of Main. Report taken. Damage estimated at $75.

6:28 p.m. - Caller reported a cat lying in the road and barely alive, 1100 block of 45th. Officer responded and dispatched and disposed of the animal. Cat wasn’t known to be anyone’s pet.

8:56 p.m. - Caller reported a backpack stolen, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Information noted.

11:32 p.m. - Caller reported a dog tied to a tree, and the caller was unsure if it had food and water, 4400 block of Live Oak. The owner had not been home all day, and the dog was starting to whine. Officer contacted owner and advised of the complaint and tethering laws.

May 28

4:32 a.m. - Caller found a black iPhone, Foster Lake. Placed in found property.

10:27 a.m. - Caller found a bicycle in the bushes, 1200 block of Nandina. Placed in found property.

11:11 a.m. - Caller found a wallet, 3700 block of Green River. Placed in found property.

2:25 p.m. - Kyle Matthew Rains, 30, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of distribution of meth (owed four days in jail), 1025 Long St.

2:38 p.m. - Caller reported a trailer parked on the roadway for an extended period, 3900 block of Osage. Referred to code enforcement.

3:48 p.m. - Caller reported dogs running loose and chasing people, 1300 block of Sunset. Officer advised owner of the complaint. The dogs were on a long lead line.

5:12 p.m. - Jennifer Lynn Harp, 44, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany. Cited and released.

6:39 p.m. - Callers reported a female hitting a trailer, causing it to roll down a hill and hit a power pole, Westwood and Osage. No citations. No injuries. Damage more than $1,500. Pacific Power advised about loose wires.

11:14 p.m. - Caller found a stray dog, Pleasant Valley area. Dog placed in kennel. Animal Control notified.

11:41 p.m. - Caller reported that a neighbor’s dog will not stop barking, 4600 block of Long. Officer contacted the owner and advised of the complaint. The owner agreed to bring the dog inside for the night.

May 27

2:12 a.m. - Caller reported people playing basketball on the playground, 605 Elm St., Oak Heights. Officer contacted a large group of people playing basketball. They agreed to end the game and leave the area.

8:55 a.m. - Caller reported a male passed out in a vehicle and wanted an officer to check on him, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer contacted the male, who was homeless and sleeping.

11:43 a..m. - Caller located items in the roadway, 900 block of Oak Terrace. Items placed in found property.

1:06 p.m. - Laryssa Jean Cox, 27, cited and released in field on Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a citation, Sankey Park.

1:15 p.m. - David James Kamarec, 21, arrested on Lane County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 438 10th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.

1:35 p.m. - Caller located syringes and a key on the Calapooia River off Crawfordsville Drive. Items seized. Officer disposed of syringes and placed the key in found property.

2:01 p.m. - Danielle Nicole Grell, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for third-degree theft, Salem. Cited and released.

6:37 p.m. - Caller reported the theft of a handgun from his vehicle, 900 block of Main. Report taken.

7:08 p.m. - Caller reported a dog locked in a vehicle, and no windows were down, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Driver warned for leaving a dog in the vehicle and advised on Oregon laws.

7:48 p.m. - Donald Wayne Ames Jr., 27, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, 1400 block of Westwood. Transported to Linn County Jail.

8:16 p.m. - Caller reported that someone paid with counterfeit money, 3239 Main St., Midway Market. Report taken.

11:02 p.m. - Allen Ray Madero, 19, arrested on Lebanon warrants for failure to appear on a criminal citation and contempt of court on original charge of probation violation, Linn County Justice Court warrant for driving under the influence and a new charge of providing false information to a police officer, 1501 Main St., Speedee Mart. Cited and released.

11:20 p.m. - Caller reported a neighbor’s dog barks constantly, 1100 block of Ironwood. Officer observed one dog barking in the area, contacted the owner and advised of the complaint. The owner advised that another dog in the area barks all the time.

11:52 p.m. - Caller reported a neighbor’s dog howling, 600 block of 10th. Dog was barking when officer arrived. Officer unable to contact owner. Officer left business card requesting contact.

May 26

8:27 a.m. - Terry Lynn Ballweber, 53, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

9:24 a.m. - Caller reported a pit bull at large, barking and growling at people, 1300 block of Quince. Owner was out looking for the dog when the officer arrived. Officer warned the owner for dog at large.

9:34 a.m. - Caller reported that she has repeatedly talked to other residents about keeping their dogs contained or on a leash, but the dogs were running loose again, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. The dogs were not at large when the officer arrived. The officer contacted the owners and advised them of the consequences.

9:56 a.m. - Caller reported a dangerous tree, 1300 block of Quince. Referred to code enforcement.

10 a.m. - Caller reported couches piling up near garbage dumpsters, 900 block of Nandina. Referred to code enforcement.

10:32 a.m. - Caller reported that his father tore up multiple firearms and a pickup belonging to the caller, 800 block of Dogwood. Report taken. Damage estimated at $1,000.

10:45 a.m. - Caller reported grass and berry briers coming from Hobart Park, 3400 block of Juniper. Code enforcement notified Public Works.

10:46 a.m. - Caller reported people living in a trailer, 4200 block of Long. Referred to code enforcement.

1:41 p.m. - Caller reported a dog constantly barking, 700 block of 9th. Owner warned for barking dog.

2:41 p.m. - Franklin Archie Thompson II, 43, arrested for first-degree criminal mischief, Main and 22nd. Cited and released.

4:08 p.m. - David Wayne Samson, 55, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for third-degree theft, and Crystal Chantel Dawn Schatz, 33, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft and Linn County supervisory warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, Sweet Home High School pool parking. Schatz transported to Linn County Jail. Both were trespassed from school property. A caller had witnessed a car pull up into the parking lot, a male subject getting out and jumping the fence to a residence on 15th Avenue. The male subject resided at the residence.

4:34 p.m. - John Thomas Gordon, 46, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Redmond. Cited and released.

5:22 p.m. - Caller reported a rooster, 1200 block of 49th. Referred to code enforcement.

8:09 p.m. - Caller reported people riding their horse, letting it defecate in the road and not cleaning it up, 900 block of Nandina. Officer contacted the owner and advised of the complaint.
