Girls learn cheer at camp

At a cheer skills camp, Sweet Home club cheer and high school cheer team members play a game where they run around in circles and then must find their partners and complete various tasks, such as “lover’s leap,” with one jumping into the arms of the other. The two-day skills camp was held Thursday and Friday for 55 children on three club teams for pre-kindergarten through sixth grade.
