Augustadt said the school challenged the students to decrease the number of tardies. SHJH has implemented tardy sweeps between classes, Augustadt said, and it dramatically cut the number. The students met a challenge, and Augustadt lost his hair. Afterward, students played a “Fear Factor” game, torturing each other for fun with a variety of disgusting food, mixing, chili, Sweet Tarts, tuna fish, peanut butter and more. Many volunteered, and five students were selected to give the delicacies a try.
