Hailey Miller named Husky cheer Pink Pom award winner

The Sweet Home High School cheerleaders named sophomore Hailey Miller their Pink Pom Girl of the Year during the team's annual awards banquet held March 7.

The Pink Pom Award is a season-level variant of an award that is given weekly to the cheerleader who exemplifies what it means to be a cheerleader, who is inspirational and "super positive," said Coach Lea Knight. She is dependable and helpful to others.
