Girls tie Cascade in soccer, fall to Outlaws' last-minute goal

Sweet Home tied Cascade 0-0 at home Sept. 18 in girls soccer before losing a game in the last seconds 1-0 at Sisters Thursday.

"This was actually one of our best games," said Coach Ramiro Santana about the Cascade match. "We're starting to do things better than how we started. The girls are playing much better."

The team is putting all of its pieces together, and the girls are getting better, he said. They watched film from the previous game for the first time before playing against Cascade, and they were able to make some adjustments.
