Five arrested during Willow search

Five people were arrested on drug-related counts during a search of a home at 1907 Willow St. Thursday morning, Dec. 6, according to Sweet Home Police Chief Jeff Lynn.

According to a department statement, the search began about 9:30 a.m. when Sweet Home officers, with assistance from the Linn County Sheriff's Office, Linn County Parole and Probation, Linn Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Lebanon Police Department, served a narcotics related warrant.

When law enforcement arrived, they encountered eight adults on the property. During the investigation, detectives seized methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, scales, drug packaging material, cash, a firearm and suspected stolen property, according to the SHPD statement.

Shawn Pruitt, 47, was taken into custody and charged with distribution of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and frequenting a place where drugs are used/sold. He was lodged at Linn County Jail.

Jennifer Robertson, 45, was taken into custody for PCS-methamphetamine-misdemeanor and frequenting a place where drugs are used/sold. She was booked, cited and released.

Anita Lewis, 38, was taken into custody for PCS-methamphetamine-misdemeanor and frequenting a place where drugs are used/sold. She was booked, cited and released.

Tyson Boren, 35, was taken into custody for PCS-methamphetamine-misdemeanor and frequenting a place where drugs are used/sold. He was booked, cited and released.

Oscar Phillips, 47, was taken into custody for frequenting a place where drugs are used/sold. He was booked, cited and released.

A 73-year-old male and a 91-year-old female were not charged.

A narcotics investigation was opened by the Sweet Home Police Department due to reported short-stay traffic and disturbances frequently occurring at the residence and in the area.
