Girls score decisive wins in tune-up for district swim meet; boys second

Sweet Home ended its regular swim season Thursday, Jan. 31, with a decisive performance by the girls in a three-way meet with North Marion, Cascade and Kennedy.
The Huskies outscored North Marion 172-58 as they finished their regular season undefeated. Sweet Home won all the events, sweeping all four individual freestyles. Even missing a couple of swimmers, who were ill, Coach Doug Peargin said, the Huskies looked ready to take it to the competition at the district meet this weekend.
