Boys, girls win three-way track meet with Philomath, Woodburn

Sweet Home's track and field teams won the team competitions Tuesday, April 16, in a three-way meet with Philomath and Woodburn.

The Husky boys scored 212 points, to 177 for Philomath and 173 for Woodburn. The girls finished with Sweet Home 220½ points, ahead of Philomath (193) and Woodburn (96.5).

"It was a good league meet," Coach Dakotah Keys said. "It was good competition and nice weather."

It was also another big day individually for the Huskies, who posted 28 personal bests on the boys side and 16 for the girls.
