Alice Evelyn Koch, 87, of Sweet Home, died peacefully, with her family at her side, on June 30, 2019 at Waverly Place in Albany.
She was born Dec. 22, 1931 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Joseph and Sophia Cost.
She had two siblings, brother Thomas and sister Gertrude.
She graduated from Granite High School in Salt Lake City and from Linn-Benton Community College.
Over the years she worked as a waitress, seamstress and homemaker. She loved gardening, quilting and reading novels.
Mrs. Koch is survived by her four sons, Sam, Jim, David and Steve.
