Sept. 16

12:57 a.m. - Caller reported a tree across the road, 28700 block of Pleasant Valley.

1:16 a.m. - Tyson Derek Boren, 36, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for four counts of failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass and failure to appear on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass and Linn County warrants for failure to appear and probation violation on original charge of possession of methamphetamine, probation violation on original charges of possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine and probation violation on original charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 1840 Tamarack St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Sept. 15

7:08 a.m. - Caller reported seeing a gas can on the south side of the railroad trestle and Main. Placed in found property.

1:44 p.m. - Suicidal female subject transported by medics to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital for evaluation from Shea Point.

2:49 p.m. - Scott Meacham cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, failure to register vehicle and an outstanding Brownsville warrant, 38300 block of Crawfordsville Drive.

7:13 p.m. - Caller reported a female leaving the store without paying for her items, 1937 Main St. Report taken. Loss valued at $50.

7:23 p.m. - Andrew Christopher Jones, 23, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

9:32 p.m. - Caller saw someone stealing clothing on security cameras, 1937 Main St. Report taken. Loss valued at $100.

Sept. 14

2:38 a.m. - Dawn Marie Thompson, 31, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree theft and resisting arrest, 1840 Tamarack St. Cited and released.

10:19 a.m. - Caller found a loose dog, 600 block of Main. Dog returned to owner prior to delivering the dog to the Police Department.

11:30 a.m. - Caller reported a neighbor was using fireworks and the embers were hitting the caller's house, 1100 block of 24th. Officer contacted the neighbor, who had a backyard burn. Officer advised the male of the complaint. The male said that a bottle had exploded in his burn pile. Male advised of burn ban and was to put out the fire.

11:59 a.m. - Caller reported seeing a dog in a vacant building, 1200 block of Main. Officer located two dogs inside a locked building. Both appeared healthy and clean and had collars with tags. Officer could not locate owner.

12:23 p.m. - Caller reported finding a syringe, Husky Field. Seized for destruction.

2:39 p.m. - Caller reported a male going door to door, 1000 block of 42nd. Officer contacted the male and advised him to get a permit for door-to-door sales. Male to leave the area and apply for a permit.

3:12 p.m. - Caller reported someone filled up the business dumpster with trash, 1041 Long St., Fair Share Gleaners. Report taken.

4:42 p.m. - Caller reported a dog wandering around, 2400 block of Main. Dog placed in kennel. Owner notified.

5:13 p.m. - Caller reported a motorcycle stolen during the past three weeks, 900 block of 1st. Report taken. Loss valued at $1,200.

5:16 p.m. - Caller reported finding a backpack with drug paraphernalia inside it, 1300 block of Sunset. Seized for destruction.

5:25 p.m. - Chavana Ann Bowser, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon.

6:48 p.m. - Caller found a syringe on her property, 1300 block of Sunset. Seized for destruction.

11:18 p.m. - Two callers reported a neighbor's dog barking for an hour straight, 4900 block of Mimosa. Officer responded. Owners were just returning home and taking the dog inside the residence.

Sept. 13

4:06 a.m. - Emily Susan McClaskey, 25, cited for failure to renew registration, 18th and Kalmia.

9:12 a.m. - Caller reported a male sleeping on private property, 1400 block of 12th. Officer contacted a male, who refused to identify himself. He moved along and denied the trash belonged to him. Officer seized a bag of clothing, and Public Works was advised to pick up the rest of the trash.

10:37 a.m. - Caller found a bicycle behind the old City Hall, 1140 12th Ave. Officer located the bicycle and returned it to the owner.

11:48 a.m. - Abraham John Woosley, 25, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on a criminal driving charge, Coffee Creek Correctional Facility.

12:21 p.m. - Tracy Neal Hayes, 53, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass, 27800 block of Fern Ridge.

1:09 p.m. - Caller reported receiving a photo of a German shepherd that had very bad skin disease and wanted an officer to check on the dog, 4400 block of Long. Officer unable to locate.

1:29 p.m. - Mark Johnson, 53, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

1:30 p.m. - Roger Billings, 80, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

1:32 p.m. - Darren Osborne, 35, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

1:41 p.m. - Eric Anderson Linares, 23, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

1:46 p.m. - Marla Havens, 57, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

1:53 p.m. - Christine Andrews, 59, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

2:09 p.m. - Cassandra Renee Dodson, 15, cited for passing a stopped vehicle at a sidewalk, 22nd and Main.

2:33 p.m. - Douglas Wayne Smith, 66, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

2:38 p.m. - Kitt Durane Angus Pomeroy, 36, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, passing a vehicle stopped at a crosswalk and operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device, Main and 22nd.

2:48 p.m. - Caller reported an adult shoplifter, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken. Loss valued at $26.16.

3:15 p.m. - Tracy Eugene Bennett, 52, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

3:20 p.m. - Roseanna Marie Ferebee, 66, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

3:25 p.m. - Jamie Elizabeth Geiger, 34, cited and released on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County.

3:31 p.m. - Lawrence Nicholas Barber, 37, cited for operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device, Main and 22nd.

3:36 p.m. - Shauna Ray Harden, 25, turned herself in on Sweet Home warrants for third-degree theft, possession of methamphetamine, failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct; Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended; and Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a citation, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

3:42 p.m. - Garrett Riley Potter, 20, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

3:45 p.m. - Tyson Matthew Wepprich, 34, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

3:50 p.m. - Keyadri Alexandra Summerlin, 20, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

3:39 p.m. - Vaea John Leata, 27, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

4:03 p.m. - Donald Glenn Rodgers, 55, cited for pedestrian failure to yield to a vehicle, Main and 22nd.

4:13 p.m. - McKenzie Anne Santana, 20, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

4:21 p.m. - Lisa Marie Lindgren, 41, cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, Main and 22nd.

4:43 p.m. - Caller found a black and white dachshund, Foster Lake. Placed in kennel. Photo posted on social media.

5:04 p.m. - Philip Kyle Waite, 57, cited for failure to use seatbelt, 1200 block of Main.

5:19 p.m. - John James Torkelson, 54, cited for driving uninsured, Main and Highway 228.

6:04 p.m. - Patrice Ann Dragon, 59, cited for operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone, 3200 block of Main.

6:11 p.m. - Caller requested officer contact regarding a neighbor's dog that continually runs at large, 100 block of 8th. Officer attempted to contact the owner of the dog. Message left for him to contact the officer.

6:18 p.m. - Caller reported a pickup hit the caller's parked vehicle and then left, 2434 block of Main. Report taken. Two vehicles in the parking lot had been hit.

6:23 p.m. - Robert Frank Villalpando Jr., 40, cited for driving uninsured, 15th and Main.

9:03 p.m. - Caller reported a bicycle stolen, 900 block of Elm. Report taken.

9:14 p.m. - Caller reported his brother may have been stabbed, 1100 block of 18th. Officer determined there was no stabbing, but there was fourth-degree assault (domestic violence). Suspect left on foot. Officers unable to locate. Report taken.

9:32 p.m. - David Lee Oviatt, 39, arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), Highway 20 Church of Christ. Transported to Linn County Jail.

9:57 p.m. - Tommy Joseph Lee Burke, 40, cited for noise violation, 1900 block of 20th.

11:07 p.m. - Joshua Casey Waddell, 35, arrested by Oregon State Police on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft.

Sept. 12

8:42 a.m. - Caller reported a neighbor's dogs had dug a hole under her fence and were digging up her flower beds, 1200 block of 40th. Officer responded. Dogs had returned to their residence. The owner was not home. Message left with owner's mother.

10:06 a.m. - Caller reported a vehicle parked on the street for an extended period without moving, 4000 block of Osage. Vehicle posted for removal.

12:15 p.m. - Caller found a dog running loose, 1900 block of Long. Returned to owner.

12:24 p.m. - Caller reported a pug wandering around, 7th and Oak Terrace. The pug was sitting by the garage. Officer contacted a juvenile at the residence. The juvenile was not aware the dog was out. He brought it back inside.

12:31 p.m. - Caller reported a power line down, 5600 block of Larch. Officer responded. It was a telephone wire. CenturyLink advised. Officer moved it from the roadway.

1:32 p.m. - Caller reported her bicycle stolen, 900 block of 12th. Information noted at caller's request.

1:34 p.m. - Jaycee McClurg, 32, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

2:32 p.m. - Guy Tenbusch, 29, arrested for harassment, 4197 Main St. Caller had reported a male punching her husband in the face.

3:12 p.m. - Caller reported a dog in a vehicle with the windows rolled up, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer delayed by another call. Vehicle gone upon officer arrival.

5:31 p.m. - Caller reported a dog at large, 1300 block of Poplar. Dog was gone upon officer arrival.

7:22 p.m. - Caller found a dog, 4600 block of Long. Placed in kennel.

8:18 p.m. - Angela Kay Mowdy cited for no valid driver's license, 4800 block of Main.

9:39 p.m. - Two callers reported a male running into the roadway, Pleasant Valley Bridge. Officer contacted the male, who was just dancing and denied being in the roadway. He moved along.

9:58 p.m. - Mark Anthony Simpson, 49, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of failure to report as a sex offender, Coburg.

Sept. 11

6:49 a.m. - Multiple callers reported a male making attempts to run into traffic, 1500 block of Main. Officer contacted the male, who denied the activity. Male warned for disorderly conduct.

8:06 a.m. - Caller reported that someone broke into her vehicle during the night, 4610 Main St. Report taken. Loss valued at $10.

9:45 a.m. - Caller reported a former student keeps coming onto campus after being asked multiple times not to, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Caller wanted the male trespassed. Report taken. Officer to attempt to contact the subject.

9:51 a.m. - Caller reported a neighbor's dog had been barking for the previous few hours and thought it might be in distress, 1400 block of 53rd. Dog was barking when officer arrived. It was on a line outside with access to food and water. Officer attempted to contact the owner. No one was home.

11:18 a.m. - Christopher Charles Rowton, 49, arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of heroin and Deschutes County warrant for probation violation on original charge of delivery of methamphetamine, 12th and Long. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had flagged down an officer and reported a male using drugs in a van nearby.

12:48 p.m. - Caller reported a dog jumped a fence and was loose, 800 block of 3rd. Officer contacted the owner. The dog had returned home.

3:17 p.m. - Caller reported a subject stealing trash bags from the garbage cans, Northside Park. Officer contacted the caller, who wanted the subject identified and excluded from the parks.

5:23 p.m. - Caller reported a couple mistreating a puppy, Ashbrook Park. Officer responded. Puppies were playing.

8:37 p.m. - Aaron Reed Monroe Coldiron, 35, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of first-degree criminal mischief, Shea Point. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:28 p.m. - Chaylan Dale Tosta, 37, arrested for violating a restraining order, interfering with an officer and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1840 Tamarack St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Sept. 10

6:59 a.m. - Caller found a bike, 610 Main St., Dan Dee Sales. Placed in found property.

7:35 a.m. - Caller reported loose goats, 2200 block of Main. Unable to locate owners. Unable to transport goats thanks to their size. Linn County Animal Control notified.

8:15 a.m. - Caller reported a male opening products and pouring vinegar on items, possibly a mental health issue, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Male left prior to officer arrival. Officer unable to locate the male or vehicle.

9:21 a.m. - Caller reported a license plate taken from the caller's vehicle during the night, 3100 block of Juniper. Report taken. Loss valued at $150.

1 p.m. - Caller reported a loose dog contained inside Les Schwab, 1707 Main St. Dog placed in kennel.

1:28 p.m. - Caller reported seeing a male at his ex-wife's house, 400 block of Oak Terrace. The caller believed the female had a restraining order against the male. Report taken for possible restraining order violation.

3:43 p.m. - Caller reported $5,000 taken from her bank account, 1530 Tamarack St. Investigation continuing.

3:54 p.m. - Caller found a dog loose in the Bi-Mart parking lot, 1980 Main St. Kennel was full. Caller waited in the Police Department lobby for the owner to collect the dog.

3:59 p.m. - Caller reported a dog was hit by a car and appeared uninjured, 1200 block of 44th. Kennel was full. Officer scanned for a chip, but the dog did not have one. The caller kept the dog while searching for the owner.

4:18 p.m. - Caller reported a female harassing vendors at the Farmer's Market, 12th and Kalmia. Second caller reported a female putting money into a musician's guitar case and then wanting her money back. Female trespassed from the Farmer's Market.

4:37 p.m. - Caller turned in a dog found in the 400 block of 12th. Placed in kennel.

4:59 p.m. - Caller reported her vehicle was hit in the Safeway parking lot, 1540 Main St. Information noted.

5:43 p.m. - Caller reported two males going door to door without a peddler's license, Ashbrook Park. Officer unable to locate.

7:29 p.m. - Caller reported a dog just showed at his house, 1300 block of 1st. Placed in kennel.

9:03 p.m. - Caller reported a dog limping down the street, 46th and Airport. Officer to watch for the dog.

9:43 p.m. - Caller reported a wolf-like dog was wandering the area, 1000 block of 42nd. Officer unable to locate any dogs.

Sept. 9

8:02 a.m. - Caller reported a dog running in and out of traffic, 4100 block of Main. Officer unable to locate.

9:05 a.m. - Caller reported two dogs running in and out of traffic, 6300 block of Main. Prior to officer arrival, the owner collected the dogs.

9:15 a.m. - Caller found mail on the ground, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park.

9:41 a.m. - Caller reported dogs had no shelter and during the summer had no water, 1100 block of 43rd. Officer responded. No contact at the residence. The dogs had a small awning and trees, and they appeared to be in good health.

10:50 a.m. - Caller reported needles on the street, 1400 block of 53rd. Officer disposed of them.

11:02 a.m. - Steven Andrew Williamson, 51, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Jail.

11:56 a.m. - Callers reported three dogs running loose, Oak Terrace and Terrace. Officer unable to locate.

3:19 p.m. - Caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in the driveway of a vacant house, Mountain View and Cedar. A male and female were sitting inside with the engine running. Officer contacted the two. They were having a disagreement and drove down the road to have the discussion away from family.

5:01 p.m. - Caller reported seeing a male grab a female in a parked vehicle and then driving off when he saw the caller, 1200 block of Nandina. Officer unable to locate.

6:40 p.m. - Joshua Wayne Welch, 30, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of providing false information to a peace officer, Linn County.

7:57 p.m. - Jeffrey Jerome Kessinger, 51, arrested for harassment, 1111 Nandina St.

9:12 p.m. - Caller reported a wolf-like dog with a hurt leg was loose in the area, 1000 block of 42nd. Officer located an injured husky that may have been hit by a vehicle. It was still mobile and refused to let the officer get close.

9:51 p.m. - Caller reported multiple guns taken, 1200 block of Mountain Fir. Report taken. Investigation continuing.
