Democrats have plenty of issues

Re: Diane Daiute’s letter of June 10: Diane is quick to point the finger of accusation and condemnation at all of us.

I believe she forgets that while only one of those fingers points outward, three point inward.

I’ll take a bold stance in saying it is likely that Ms. D. is of the liberal persuasion, more aligned with the party of the “Ass” than that of the “Elephant.” Indeed, she might go all the way and formally make an “Ass” of herself through voting, etc.

In her accusation, she says we “refused to follow through with repatriation, enacted anti-literacy laws and have mercilessly discriminated …”

What she fails to acknowledge is the it was the GOP, the “Party of Lincoln,” that fought in the civil war to end slavery, that passed the emancipation proclamation, that voted for and caused to pass the four civil rights bills/acts from 1957 to 1968.

She also fails to point out that the Democratic Party is the party of slave owners, the party of the KKK, the party of “Jim Crow,” the party of segregation. Their own late great Gov. George Wallace, standing in the doors of the Foster Auditorium at the University of Alabama, promised, “segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever.”

As I see it today, that was the party before it got really bad.

Attempting to overthrow a duly elected president, seeking to subvert government agencies to this end, using the MSM to spew lies through print and broadcast media, supporting anarchists destroying national landmarks, federal and personal property, bullying and physically attacking those who deign to express an opinion other than their own, etc.

The liberal wing of the Democratic Party is no different than the Bolsheviks in 1917. They speak peace but act violence; check out the CHAZ in Seattle.

There is no better example of the extremes they go to than seeking to put a demented has-been, Biden, up for president. And this only because they couldn’t get “Crazy Bernie” through the gate.

So Diane, I recommend that you start resolving the issues you spew by cleaning your own house first; lest your anarchist cohorts decide to attack that house of glass you’ve built for yourself.
