Larry Dean Housen, 63, of Sweet Home died Aug. 9, 2020 in Albany following a long battle with cancer.

He was born Sept. 7, 1956 in Lebanon, the son of Adrian and Veeta Housen.

After finishing school in Lebanon, Mr. Housen worked as a cook and at a cannery.

He loved his cats, fishing and playing with slots. He was very close with God.

Mr. Housen is survived by his siblings, Steven, David, Bruce and Ron Housen; and his niece, Holly Reed.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Cheryl Housen and brother Mike Housen.
