Girl Scout's rural library vision includes SH

When Jazmine Jordan came up with the idea of creating a rural lending library to earn her Girl Scout silver award, she was thinking in the singular.
But then, as she moved forward, she thought about expanding it, to both Sweet Home and Lebanon.
"The goal is to create a sustainable community service project," she said of the award, the second highest award offered by the Girl Scouts. It is the highest award that Jazmine, 14, can earn as a Cadette Scout.
