After six short weeks – about half the normal time – of preparation, Sweet Home's track and field athletes will test themselves against the competition in the Oregon West Conference district meet Friday and Saturday, May 14 and 15, at Stayton.
The Huskies have shown marked improvement across the board this year, with several athletes establishing themselves as top prospects for the state championships, which will be held May 21-22 at Siuslaw in Florence.
