The New Era - All about Sweet Home since 1929

A swarm of bees, seeking new digs, was checking out a propane tank at the 76 station on the corner of Main Street and 18th Avenue Monday evening, May 10. Local beekeeper Fran Bronson, below, came to their rescue with a box and a couple of frames of honey from her own hives, which got the bees interested in settling down in the box.
