Lois Jean Johnson, 77, of Sweet Home, died May 26, 2021.

She was born Jan. 21, 1944 in Portland to Nick and Katherine (Sauser) Patterson.

She came to Sweet Home to work on the dam in 1963.

Mrs. Johnson was a self-employed business owner at Tails A Wagon Dog Grooming for 15 years.

She loved camping and being with friends and family.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by three daughters, Katherine Ramoz, LaNell Cochran and Shannon Johnson; son John Hutson; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and brother David Patterson.

She was preceded in death by her son, Steve Hutson, in 2005.

Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
