Swimmers turn in some top finishes in Lebanon three-way

Sweet Home's swimmers hit the road Friday, May 28, for a meet with Newport at host Lebanon, swimming "pretty well," Coach Doug Peargin said.

"We had at least one swimmer place in the top three in every race that we swam," Peargin said. "Where we are vulnerable is in the depth department."

Final individual team scores weren't available, but combined scores had Sweet Home on top with 170.5 points, followed by Newport (146) and Lebanon (91.5).

Chloe Tyler posted a personal best in the 200 Individual Medley (2:18.82), and freshmen Rylee Markell (200 IM and 100 Breaststroke) and Ivy Dewitte...
