12:28 a.m. - Matthew Allen Pitts, 32, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of menacing and failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft X2, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

10:03 a.m. - Caller reported burglary at River Bend Campground, 45900 block Highway 20. Trailer was entered and items stolen. Missing was a .40-caliber Smith & Wesson handgun, DeWalt impact driver, DeWalt battery-powered vacuum, ammunition and a fishing pole. Report taken.

12:50 p.m. - Deputy towed boat to Gedney Creek boat ramp after its engine died...
