Blood drive begins July 22

A Red Cross-sponsored blood drive runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, July 22, at the old Wells Fargo bank building, 1266 15th Ave.

Potential blood donors should be at least 17 years old and weigh at least 110 pounds. They should also be in general good health and have not donated blood in the last 56 days, according to general Red Cross guidelines.
