Adam Larson performs in the parking lot next to the Rio Theatre Tuesday evening, Aug. 24, to a crowd of about 100 people at Tune it up Tuesdays, a downtown activity started in late August by the Chamber of Commerce to encourage people to spent time downtown and shop there.
