In the first photo, local Senior Citizens enjoy lunch in the Senior Center dining room Wednesday, Sept. 1, after a hiatus of some 19 months due to precautions required by the state in response to the coronavirus pandemic. Several dozen filled the dining room when The New Era arrived, enjoying a meal of barbecued ribs, baked beans and macaroni and cheese, and dessert.
