Day-use fees waived for National Public Lands Day
September 22, 2021
The USA Forest Service will waive fees at day-use recreation sites in Oregon on Saturday, Sept. 25, also known as National Public Lands Day.
The fee waiver includes many Forest Service picnic areas, boat launches, trailheads and visitor centers. Fees will continue to be charged at recreation sites operated by concessionaires unless the individual manager chooses to participate.
