4:25 a.m. - The Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle crash in 27700 block Hwy. 20. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Rebecca Raye Barker, 49, was driving slower than speed limit when she hit ice and spun out, causing the crash down a ditch/embankment. The vehicle was towed from the scene No citations issued. Report taken.
