State Rep. Jami Cate (R, Lebanon) announced Friday, after the close of the Legislature's Short Session, that she will run for re-election, but in Oregon's House District 11.

Due to redistricting in 2021, east Linn County has moved from House District 17 to District 11, which has been represented by Rep. Marty Wilde (D, Eugene).

House District 11 has shifted further north to encompass more of rural Linn County and a corner of Marion County for the upcoming decade.
