10:54 a.m. - Sheriff’s Office recovered a stolen Tilt Deck trailer that had been reported to Salem police. 41200 block of Upper Calapooia Drive. Also recovered was a stolen excavator on the trailer from a separate theft. Report taken.  

1:46 p.m. - Steven Kenneth Stitt, 37, was cited and released on a Albany Municipal Court warrant for resisting arrest.

2:40 p.m. - Franklin Cutbirth III, 40, arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Linn County Sheriff’s Office. Also arrested on warrant for...
