Justin Wayne Seibert, 33, pleaded no contest on April 29 to a charge of failing to register as a sex offender, a Class C felony. He was sentenced to 13 months at Oregon Department of Corrections.

Samuel Frank Ayers, 23, was charged on May 3 for driving while suspended, unlawful possession of cocaine (commercial), felon in possession of a firearm, and attempted unlawful delivery of cocaine (commercial).
