On Friday, May 13, Justin Thomas Parker, 43, pleaded guilty to and was sentenced for DUII and recklessly endangering another person for an incident occurring on May 28, 2020.
He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 36 months probation and suspension of his driver’s license for one year for the DUII charged, and 10 days in jail for the reckless endangerment charge.
Parker was also sentenced to 10 days in jail for a charge of failure to appear on a criminal citation from July 15, 2020. Reckless driving and second degree criminal mischief charges were dismissed.
He also pleaded guilt...
