A report was taken June 14 by the Lebanon Police Department for attempted vehicular theft of a jeep that had children in it in Lebanon.

Alex Levitsky was taken into custody and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of recklessly endangering another person and third-degree criminal mischief.
