An Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) adult in custody who walked away from a Department of Corrections (DOC) van while being transported back to Santiam Correctional Institution (SCI) from a work crew assignment is back in custody. Jay Marsh walked away from an SCI work crew near Lebanon at approximately 2:46 p.m., Monday, July 18, 2022. Linn County Sheriff's Office arrested Marsh in Lebanon at approximately 11:14 p.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2022.
