Taking care of ourselves and others is an important investment towards living a quality life.

One of the keys to that is having access to healthcare services, which can be both expensive and a frustrating process.

That is why I am encouraging everyone in our community to take advantage of and attend the upcoming Health Fair that happens right here at the Sweet Home High School on Saturday, Aug. 20, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
