7:20 a.m. – Nicholas Gene Ford, 35, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended, and a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for parole violation impersonating an officer.

8:31 a.m. – Caller reported theft of diesel from semi-truck owned by Laticrete. Caller said diesel and car parts are often stolen. Video surveillance is being review...
