The Huskies lost to No. 3 Marshfield in three games, 25-20, 25-12, 25-20, at home Tuesday, Sept. 6, then rebounded to sweep Madras on the road, 25-20, 25-12, 25-20.
Sweet Home played Saturday at the Cascade Tournament, but results were unavailable at press time.
The Huskies were scheduled to host Gladstone at home Tuesday, Sept. 13, then will open its league season against Stayton at home at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20.
