Linn County property owners should receive tax statements this week, according to Andy Stevens, Linn County assessor and tax collector.

Statements will be mailed on Wednesday, Oct. 19, and should arrive within a few days, Stevens said.

There are about 60,000 property accounts, Stevens said, with a total real market value of more than $25 billion and $12.3 billion assessed value.

This year’s tax statements include a flyer that explains due dates, payment options and some programs available for tax relief.
