Gas line graze diverts traffic on Main Street

Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District units responded, and all lanes of Main Street were shut down for about two hours between 15th Avenue and 18th Avenue while Northwest Natural Gas responded to repair the pipe.
Police Chief Jason Ogden said residents in that block were evacuated while the repairs took place.
