Linn County Sheriff's Office deputies on Saturday morning, Oct. 29, found a gray Camry connected to a missing Northern California woman on a dead-end U.S. Forest Service road off of Highway 20 about 30 miles east of Sweet Home.

The Tehama County Sheriff's Office in Red Bluff, Calif., reported 54-year-old Tammy Pitkin missing on Wednesday, Oct. 26, about 12 days after she'd last been seen by family.

Pitkin was last known to have been in Sutherlin on Monday, Oct. 17. Deputies contacted family members and learned she had no connection to Linn County. Members of the Linn County Sheriff's Office...
