7:35 a.m. - Deputy located a trailer in the 200 block of Alder St., Lebanon, that was creating a traffic hazard. While the trailer was being removed from the roadway, it was discovered that the vehicle on the trailer, a 2001 Honda Accord, had been stolen from Sweet Home on July 21. The trailer was towed and the vehicle was returned to the owner. Report taken.
