Sweet Home girls basketball was unable to find the win column last week, falling to Madras 54-40 and Crook County 51-28 in two road games.

The losses wrapped up Sweet Home’s non-league portion of the season and dropped the Huskies’ record to 4-9.

Sweet Home was down 29-17 at halftime against the White Buffalo (7-6), a hole too big for the Huskies to climb out of in the second half.

The White Buffaloes outshot Sweet Home 35.6% to 32.4% in the game. The Huskies turned the ball over 17 times, while forcing just 10.
