4:35 a.m. - Thomas Junior McCarthey, age not listed, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 10th Ave./Long St.

7:24 a.m. - Caller reported a male leaving her neighbor’s house, then walking in the opposite direction upon seeing her, 1900 block of Long St. According to the caller, the man should not have been at the location, as the neighbor was not home. Clarence David Lee Vogel, 22, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of two counts of third-degree theft.
