3:38 a.m. - Deputies assisted medics with a violent juvenile experiencing a psychotic episode possibly related to drug use, 43100 block of North River Drive.
8:00 a.m. - Caller reported the door to a deceased brother’s residence was open, 730 block of 7th Ave. Another caller reported a woman inside the home and wanted to pursue charges. Jennifer Carmen Reynolds, 39, was cited and released for first-degree criminal trespass.
8:18 a.m. - Caller reported a male stealing an item from Thriftway, 621 Main St. Kyle Austin Hanscam, 30, was cited and released for third-degree theft.
