9:48 a.m. - Caller reported stolen fuel and trailer dolly, Herrings Enterprises The Shed Center Custom Portable Buildings, 4310 Main St. Report taken for second-degree theft. Approximate value: $790.
10:36 a.m. - Kyle Richards, 30, was arrested on warrants from another county, 40300 block of Hwy. 228. Report taken.
1:08 p.m. - Caller reported a road rage incident in the 39300 block of Hwy. 228. Report taken. According to Sheriff’s Office, the suspect was driving slow in front of the caller, who is being considered the victim, and locked up their brakes, causing the caller to swerve into the ditch. Additional charges of reckless driving are being filed. Because this is an open case that is going to court and the victim is a witness, names are not being released until after the trial.
4:36 p.m. - Caller reported items taken from his truck, Pleasant Valley Boat Ramp, Sweet Home. The caller was certain the vehicle was locked, but the window was cracked open. A report was taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. Approximate value: $500.
5:36 p.m. - Littered campsite discovered on BLM land in the 51100 block of Quartzville Road, off Canal Creek Road. Investigation continuing.
8:09 p.m. - Jamie Daniel Carpenter, 47, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, 2400 block of Main St. Arrested on a Linn County Supervisory warrant for offensive littering.
9:07 p.m. - Loris David Whitton, 68, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree trespass and offensive littering, 1950 Main St.
10:06 p.m. - Illegal camp located on Weyerhaeuser land in the 46300 block of Quartzville Road, near Green Peter Reservoir. Its occupants were warned and told to move along.
11:57 p.m. - Caller reported having mental health issues, 800 block of 43rd Ave.
June 13
12:09 a.m. - Joseph Arthur Williams, 44, was arrested for criminal driving, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another, Linn County Jail.
12:13 a.m. - Caller reported continued mental health issues, 800 block of 43rd Avenue.
9:08 a.m. - Deputies found a stolen vehicle on McDowell Creek Road, near its intersection with Berlin Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, A 1995 Ford F150 was seen leaving a property no one had permission to be on. A second caller reported a male with the same vehicle jumping their fence and being scared off by their dogs. Deputies located the truck parked on the side of Berlin Road and saw a male matching the description walking off into the woods about a half mile down the road. Deputies searched for the male but didn’t locate them in the woods. The truck was found to be stolen out of Lebanon, and full of aluminum scrap metal that didn’t belong to the original owner. Evidence was seized from the truck. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
9:16 a.m. - Deputies responded to a theft call regarding a 12-year-old male who allegedly stole $17, 45000 block of Quartzville Road. Report taken.
10:25 a.m. - Caller reported an overnight fuel theft, 4300 block of Main St.
1:44 p.m. - Caller reported that a box van had struck their vehicle, 2290 block of Ironwood St. The van was last seen headed toward Long Street. Damage: over $2,500.
7:03 p.m. - Curtis Ray Daniel, 48, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree trespass and on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to appear on an original charge of first-degree theft, Old Mill Property/Green River Road.

3:02 a.m. - Jaycee McClurg, 36, of Sweet Home, was cited for expired registration and transported to Linn County Jail on warrant, Holley Road/Vista Lane. Report taken.
10:56 a.m. - George Earl Dunn, 21, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second-degree criminal trespass, Linn County Jail.
12:17 p.m. - Deputies responded to a reported trespass in the 38400 block of Wall Street, Crawfordsville. The involved party was bitten by a dog. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
1:54 p.m. - Caller reported a theft from a tip jar, Mr. Lucky’s, 1207 Long St. Report taken for third-degree theft. Approximate valueL $47.
2:24 p.m. - David Eugene Picray, 74, was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon and second degree criminal mischief, 54th Ave./Quince St.
5:29 p.m. - Caller reported a parking-lot sign struck by a vehicle, Sweet Home Junior High School, 880 22nd Ave. Report taken for hit-and-run. Approximate value: $200.
8 p.m. - Multiple callers reported a crash at 9th Ave./Main St. Report taken for a motor-vehicle crash. Damage on all three vehicles: more than $2,500 each.
9:37 p.m. - Caller reported being assaulted, 1370 block of Quince St. Report taken. Investigation continuing.
10:44 p.m. - Charlie Aman- Wilde, 18, of Springfield, was cited for minor-in-possession. Andy Sharber, 19, and Jadrien Clugston, 20, both of Crawfordsville, were cited for trespassing, 42600 block of Marks Ridge Drive. Report taken.
10:59 p.m. - Deputy responded to the 800 block of 43rd Avenue to a citizen suffering from mental-health issues.

9:31 a.m. - Christopher Reed, 39, of Crawfordsville, was arrested on multiple warrants, 39000 block of Crawfordsville Drive. Report taken.
9:58 a.m. - Deputy spoke with a caller who was upset that the utility company had shut down a road for maintenance, 24700 block of Springer Road.
12:20 p.m. - Caller reported her daughter being punched by another juvenile, Husky Field, 1012 22nd Ave. Investigation continuing.
2:26 p.m. - Caller reported a stolen commercial refrigerator, PARCO RV and Boat Storage, 1491 47th Ave. Loss of value: $500.
7:31 p.m. - Brittany Chantel Coughran, 33, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass, 1500 block of Tamarack St.
7:43 p.m. - Alexander Michael Maybee, 27, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft and a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, 1500 block of Main St.
11:41 p.m. - Caller reported being choked and threatened by her significant other, 950 block of Long St. Ryan Craig Schoonover, 20, was arrested for domestic violence - strangulation and menacing.

3:30 a.m. - Deputy spoke to a citizen with mental health issues, 800 block of 43rd Ave.
8:33 a.m. - Deputy responded to a noninjury motor-vehicle crash in the 27400 block of Fern Ridge Road. Non-reportable. Parties exchanged information.
9:54 a.m. - Deputy performed a welfare check on a citizen with mental health issues in the 800 block of 43rd Ave. Contacted Linn County Mental Health, who provided the citizen with resources.
10:58 a.m. - Deputy contacted a citizen who had fallen victim to an online scam, 26500 block of Fern Ridge Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, the victim received a call from “Wells Fargo Bank,.” The caller provided the victim contact info including Social Security and bank info. The caller noticed about $400 taken from their account. Dispute filed with bank and investigation is ongoing. Report taken.
2:09 p.m. - Kyle Carpenter, 27, was cited for no license, 3000 block of Main St.
3:44 p.m. - Caller reported a generator theft from the 40700 block of McQueen Drive. A Champion 5000 watt yellow generator, worth about $500, was stolen out of the caller’s garage. Report taken.
7:03 p.m. - Alex Michael Yoder, 35, was cited and released for driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence of intoxicants, 1200 block of Elm St.
7:46 p.m. - Somer Renay Nicole Shaver-Berry, 42, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, Lebanon Police Department.
10:42 p.m. - Deputy contacted a group illegally camped on Campbell Global land near milepost 21.5 on Quartzville Road. They were sent on their way.
10:45 p.m. - Deputy contacted a group camped without a required steel ring near milepost 20 on Quartzville Road. The campfire was put out and the campers were warned.

4:51 a.m. - Johnny Lee Stone, 30, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of initiating a false report and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Grape St./14th Ave.
6:47 a.m. - Ulexis Marie Cloonan, 22, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Going Green Sweet Home, 2252 Main St.
8:34 a.m. - Mental health call, 800 block of 43rd Ave.
9:59 a.m. - Annie Geo Avery, 29, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for dog-at-large. Jason Dale Roy Avery, 30, was cited on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for driving with a suspended license and on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of harassing communication. Arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for restraining order violation, 4600 block of Main St.
12:20 p.m. - Ongoing mental health calls, 800 block of 43rd Ave.
1:57 p.m. - Sheriff’s Office Marine Patrol issued citations on Foster Lake for no angler’s license to Carson Loeden, 19, of Sweet Home, Serenity Arceneaux, 19, of Lebanon, and Graydon Teeter, 20, of Sweet Home. Michael McGill, 23, and Emme Kinler, 23, both of Dallas, were cited for no personal flotation device. 43700 block of North River Drive. Report taken.
9:04 p.m. - Deputy contacted a group illegally camped on Campbell Global land at milepost 25 on Quartzville Road. They were sent on their way and advised where they could camp.
9:06 p.m. - Deputy contacted a group illegally camped at milepost 24.5 on Quartzville Road. They were sent on their way and advised where they could camp.
9:07 p.m. - Caller received information that her stolen vehicle was at Thriftway, 621 Main St. Officer responded. The vehicle was returned to its registered owner. Derrick James Smith, 26, was arrested for unauthorized use of vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon, being a felon in possession of a weapon, and criminal driving.
June 18
1:49 a.m. - An illegal camper was told to move along, 43900 block of North River Drive.
2:08 a.m. - Kayla Gambill, 38, of Lebanon, was cited for a warrant, 44300 block of Hwy. 20. Report taken.
5:14 a.m. - Hunter Ariel Ringheimer, 29, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of failure to perform the duties of a driver, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
8:00 a.m. - Diana Lynn Hall, 66, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of offensive littering, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft, and a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, Going Green Sweet Home, 2252 Main St.
10:04 a.m. - Leslie Renee Maynard, 50, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment, Albany Police Department.
11:01 a.m. - A noninjury single-vehicle crash was reported in the 41200 block of Hwy. 228. No report.
2:11 p.m. - Single-vehicle crash reported at Milepost 39 on Hwy. 20. According to Oregon State Police, Paige Elizabeth Crolly, 21, of Springfield, was eastbound in a Toyota Corolla when she lost control on a blind corner and skidded into the ditch, hitting the cliff wall. Car was towed. Non-injury. Report taken.
3:57 p.m. - A male was contacted while blocking the Cascade Timber Consulting gate in the area of Marks Ridge Drive/North River Drive. He was told to clean the area and move on.
4:09 p.m. - A white DHM tandem-axle boat trailer with chrome wheels was reported stolen from the Gedney Creek Boat Ramp, 43700 block North River Drive. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
