8:53 a.m. - A theft reported from the 39600 block of Hwy. 228. Missing items included a Husqvarna lawn mower, rusted log splitter and a Walmart brand pressure washer. The items were taken from a barn in December 2022, but the caller decided to report it after finding their paperwork. Total value of items $3,900. Investigation continuing. Report taken.

10:16 p.m. - Gabriel Hernandez Hernandez, 22, was cited for failure to perform duties of driver, reckless driving, and reckless endangering, 930 block of Nandina St.
